The accesskey attribute

The accesskey attribute specifies a character that serves as an alt + shift + character keyboard shortcut (in firefox 2 and above) for an element.
However, this may override the keyboard shortcuts defined by the browser. No indication is given to the user that the special keyboard shortcut is available.
For this and other reasons (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_keys ), using this attribute is not recommended.
